At this website, your personally identifiable information is collected from you when you use the website to perform certain tasks, such as when you send email to a us (such as your name and email address), or when you call a professional using their number listed on the site. a. Personal Data 

"Personal Data" is Data that you provide to us, or that we may otherwise collect, that identifies you directly.  This also includes information that is associated with you and could potentially identify you, including when combined with other information from or about you.  We will not collect or use Personal Data except as stated in this Privacy Statement. Personal Data may include, among other things, name, postal address, telephone number, email address, payment and billing information, subscriptions or a combination of these and other Data.

b. Non-Personal Data 

“Non-Personal Data” can be technical information or it can be demographic information, such as your ZIP code, other geolocation data or interests. Non-Personal Data can be information that is automatically collected through the use of cookies for instance.  Non-Personal Data does NOT identify you personally but may be tied together with other data to identify you. For example:

Internet Protocol (IP) address — Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data — such as the webpages you view. We use this information to deliver our webpages to you upon request, to tailor APA Digital Assets to the interests of our Users and to measure traffic within our APA Websites.

3. Discontinuation of Service + Data Retention

We will keep some of Your Data even after you decide to leave our care in order to fulfill any final service requests. Please note that we will retain Your Data even after you have left our care if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. We will retain de-personalized Data after your account has been closed. Your Data may continue to be accessed by others until they refresh their cache. We retain information only as long as necessary to accomplish the business purpose for which it was collected and to comply with its legal and contractual obligations, plus 3 years.
